You should hit up Calf Killer. they are located in Sparta, and their stuff is really good.

We approaching 60 in the city of Portland. I think that's only if you don't count the breweries that have multiple locations, like McMenamin's, Lucky Lab, Breakside, Laurelwood, HUB, etc...
I looked up the list on Beer Advocate, and the count was 41, but I noticed right off the bat that it was missing a few. The one's I noticed aren't insignificant - like Fat Heads, McMenamins, 10 Barrel, and Vertigo. Maybe they are only counting those in Portland proper, but McMenamin's and Fat Head's are in the city, and Vertigo is probably within a mile of the city limit.
We have more breweries out in the state, than we do in the Portland metro area. I think the total count for the state is about 250. It's ridiculous that you can go to any town with a population of over 1,000, and there is a brewery there. McMenamin's probably has 20 breweries in Oregon, alone, but those are mostly nano-breweries and sell their beer for on-site consumption, only.
