VOR, how will they overcome the irrevocable trust though? Pulling the teams' assets and writing an IOU is not going to hold water, right?

I'd like to know the full language of the trust rather than the excerpts in the petition.

Especially when it looks like the value of the IOU is about 10% of the actual value of the franchise. I think the problem that the trust has is that the growth of the teams is far outpacing any other investment options that could be made with a cash replacement.
