No, they really don't. There are innumerable things business owners are not allowed to do by law. I would list a few but I know that you know it's true.

Perfectly articulated. I think the "how" is a new creature called the millennial libertarian. They live at home, are well educated but don't know to make money or get women. This gives them copious amounts of time to think about perceived grievances.

Of course I know it's true, but the point is it shouldn't be. Just because there are already numerous laws they have to abide by, doesn't mean it's OK to impose MORE. That's like saying, oh they already have a law against drinking under the age of 21, so no big deal to impose more laws against people under the age of 21.

This. I'm all for freedom from UNREASONABLE government interference. But why all these idiots choose to argue this point about a regulation that has simply been recognized as a sound, important public health policy by the rest of the country and a lot of places around the world is beyond me.
