Vizio E400i-B2 help

Hello, I've been experiencing some problems with my Vizio (I know, should have purchased a Sony or Samsung).
My television occasionally shuts itself off. It's sporadic and random and doesn't happen too often, but it does happen. It also does this a lot when I am watching Netflix through the smart TV. The first time it happened, I noticed a loud buzzing noise (it actually happened during a hospital scene in the TV show I was watching and I assumed it was the EKG in the television show). Nope. I had to turn off my TV and turn it back on. Other times, however, Netflix just shuts off in the middle of the show. It's extremely annoying.
Any tips or suggestions?

Seems to be a common problem with Vizio.
Try a google search. I noticed a few threads on the topic
One example
I would contact Vizio and see what they recommend. It sounds like they have a master reset option that might help.
Sidebar: I heard the Nashville Cochon hired a chef. Guess they're close to opening.

I have the E500i-B2 and have noticed that if I pause my AppleTV or Roku for awhile that it will be off when I come back in. It is because AppleTV and Roku are set to turn off in about 10 minutes of inactivity and TV has an auto power off.
From my manual:
Setting the Auto Power Off Feature
To help save energy, your TV is set by default to turn off after 10 minutes without a video or audio signal. This feature can be deactivated.
It says the setting to deactivate is in the timers menu on the TV.
