Did I say he would be better than Coach O? Nope. Yea I was against the hire for Shoop from day one. I got my wish and if it does not work out well then I will be the one eating crow. Until then, I got what I wanted at the end of the day. Just got off the phone with a former guy who was coached by Coach O and knows the coaching career of Steele and he said this is huge for LSU moving forward. We are now in position to achieve top 3 recruiting classes from here on out.

You oversimplify the situation. "If it does not work out well then" LSU will be a dumpster fire. The program will be in shambles and you will still be stupid. That's what you should have said.
