Look at who he coached during his tenure at Miami, Syracuse, USC (both times), and Ole Miss.

The man is about as good as it gets when it comes to college defensive line coaches.

I dont know much about Coach O. But it would seem to me that a great DL coach and the best recruiter in the universe wouldnt be unemployed in January. Hopefully, I'm missing something very important.
