Did you miss the entire past two years? It was night and day improvement once Ash was let go and Smith came in. But pleae hire him. I beg LSU to do it.

Don't listen to the other Hog fans. They're just bitter. Ash is a terrific DC. Probably one of the top 5 in college football. If LSU can steal him away from OSU for something reasonable like $750K/year, it would be a home run hire.

In the one year he was here, we dropped from 74 to 76 in total defense. So no, he did not help our defense.
