I can't solve your problem, but I do know one is never given more than they can handle. I also know entitled bureaucrats many times do not seem to care, or exhibit empathy.

Your thread makes me angry. I'm sorry about your situation, but you will make it through this. "They" however will one day not survive because of arrogance, entitlement and possibly a revolution.
