So with the QPon deal my opinion is this ends the Rivers experiment and maybe he is traded as an expiring.
My question would be is it possible with the CBA and the cap space that Gordon could opt out and we restructure a longer term deal with him? He is a good player when healthy and the only huge negative is the $15 million cap hit. Can he be signed to a 3-4 year contract that would lower his cap number next year, but he still makes a decent amount of change for himself. The guy is still young also.

Its possible if he trusts Dell, in my opinion. You don't have to worry about getting Boozered, either.
