Personnel should always dictate scheme. Although coaches should recruit players to a scheme. It's one of the reasons the defense has been so successful. They recruit players who know that role. Where as turning a DE into LOLB in a 3-4 doesn't always work for example.
I have no qualms with our defense since the 90s really. Even last year I accepted the youth. It's all about the other side of the ball.. Special teams! I'm kidding. Offense.

Mingo and Hunter were made to be an OLB in the 3-4...
