I just think they should do tests for each engine, wheel size and drivetrain- I know it would create more work but it would make the results a little more accurate- I'm sure the 2wd ext. cab with 18 in wheels on it gets 17 in town and 23 on the hwy

Just don't advertise bullshite numbers. That's a major issue IMO. Somebody (whoever is responsible) should publicly come forward and admit that the numbers are inaccurate and correct them immediately.

My ecoboost avg 18 I drove mainly hwy some city..in city only get about 15. Best I have gotten is 21. Gotta stay out that throttle. I will say this my 5.0 got the same maybe worse and was 2wd. My trucks a fx4 with the 20s. Pulling it's a beast but doesn't get good mileage. ..once again didn't buy a truck for mpg...want that mpg buy a prius
