You must be young. One week is not a long time.
Alt26 wrote a nice post about the impact of social media on a thread in the coaching changes board:

It's about 2/3 of the way down the page, and I replied with my own opinion at the bottom of the page (page 1, in case the thread extends to a 2nd page).
But to directly answer you: yes, there is hope, but knowing so much about the process makes it frustrating, and does increasingly make it seem that we won't find a good DC.

Thank you, maybe I should have used being frustrated over having no hope. Good point. Sorry I'm not perfect.
