I think if Jozy comes back to MLS, he'll never return to Europe. He would be signing on as a DP on a long-term deal. MLS would own him and have no interest in selling him. He would be a brand in MLS, and they would only sell at an exorbitant price. MLS is known for setting high valuations on high-profile players to make it difficult for them to transfer away. The league would have a very strong interest in keeping a youngish US player who currently is the attacking face of the USMNT. No European club is going to pay through the nose for a player who has scored 2 goals in 70 Premier League appearances, no matter what his numbers are like in MLS. The odds of him returning to Europe would drop to next to nothing. And that's just the reality of the situation, in my opinion.
