On the pit. DO NOT cook past med rare.
Better to cut them into small chunks, put cream cheese and jalapeno on each, wrap with thin bacon, shove a toothpick to hold it together, and grill med rare.
Awesome for poppers/snakcks for many. I would imagine one breast makes about 5-10.

put breast in refrigerator over night in a pan uncovered then marinate in OJ 1 more day, rub a mescal mole on the breast then grill it for a few min on each side enjoy

Marinate in Dales, low sodium marinade. Just takes a couple of hours if you don't have time. Cut each breast in thirds, butterfly each piece, stuff with cream cheese and jalapeno, wrap in bacon and don't overcook. Medium rare at most.
