The lowest % of the white vote in any Southern State I could find was Landrieu at 18%. That was an expression of white working class contempt for Obamacare as well as a really unexpected white working class FEMALE backlash. As well as the race essentially being decided and her white supporters staying home because it didn't really matter.
Other states were catastrophic for The Dems but nowhere near 82%.Edit-I know there was one other state with similar numbers, but I can't recall which one.
