Relative to the former, what would the Canadian national brand impact be if HQ had been transferred to the states? Well, what you're talking about relates to BK's stated impetus for the merger -- growth. Moore and many in the media are saying it's about dodging taxes. I think both are factors, but I think it's more of a tax-driven decision than BK is willing to state publicly.
