I read something about the producers saying they didn't want a cast of people who had to worry about if they'll be admitted to the bar, accepted to grad school or lose the big promotion because of how they acted on the show.

I think that argument is the RWers were less real when they couldn't be themselves on TV because they feared everyone seeing. These folks on now don't give a hoot haha
