True, but coming off the surgery causes extra concern. Hopefully he just needs more time to get his stroke back, but if he's damaged goods that will eventually become evident and his trade value will never become higher than at this moment. The FO needs to know whether or not he's damaged goods so they know whether or not they need to trade him by February.

He had that one game where he hit like 8 a week or so ago and I thought he was getting it back. But he's been cold since.

Remember when he shut down Dwight Howard a few weeks ago?
Not really pertinent, I just wanted to join in the conversation.

Man, this board sounds like the rant.
Mofos talking about Ryno like he's Jordon mother fricking Jefferson.
He just has to end this road slump. He's still our main scorer outside AD among other areas.

I get your point, but it just doesn't seem to me (with all my medical and physical therapy degrees ) that the injury is the cause of his problems. We wouldn't have seen those spurts when he's hitting so well, imo. I'm hoping it's just a matter of getting his stroke back on a more consistent basis. You know he'll work at it.

This is the problem. We expect more than he's capable of. He's definitely a decent piece to have, but he should never be thought of as one of your top 3 players. He does one thing well and if that's not on then he's not very useful. Combine that with him being a huge liability on D and then you realize we play him way too many minutes.
