Aside from last year, Les has hasn't had the greatest offenses. He believes in pounding the ball, control the clock, limit mistakes, and play tremendous special teams and defense. I do think a consistent and effective passing game would do wonders for him. Hopefully he starts being a little more aggressive. I do think his conservative mindset and stubbornness has hurt us at times. Instead of attacking and playing against an opponents weakness, we play into their hands and make things more difficult. Personally, Les just needs to let Cam run his show as he lets Chavis run his. Work with O line and special teams, then I think we can win another title or two. He has the players, I think its time he lets the coaches do their jobs

After reading the posts, it's not hard to see why we have QB's that have jr high knowledge. Who would want to hand off 90% of the time, when they can go to schools even like Marshall, and throw the ball all over the field. Think that might help them get recognized by a few NFL scouts ? All these kids see the games on tv, and that leads to JJMILES and AJ prototype QB's . Just what GOL wants, obviously.
