John Gruden is the most overrated coach is history at this point.
He was good for three seasons. Came into a nice roster at TB. He was mediocre AT BEST for the rest of his tenure. There is a reason he's staying his arse in the booth.

I wouldn't go that far but he is over-rated. Winning one super bowl doesn't necessarily translate into being a great college coach.

did you forget the good job he did at Oakland too? The guy is not overrated. Look at TB without him now.
