I find it very brilliant of Patton to see history repeating itself in Europe and have several divisions preparing for a counter attack before the Germans even began. He was able to attack with two divisions in 48 hours and that likely was what lead to the Allies winning the Battle of the Bulge.

Technically it was seen by Patton's G2 oscar koch first but it was wise of patton to acknowledge that koch was apparently on to something.
