Well, not really. LR3 provides "free" political consulting to Bodi White and in exchange LR3 gets generic no-bid contracts for the max amount from the state for duties already performed by another agency and other contractors.
Bodi "Boss Hogg" White is one of the most crooked MFers in the state legislature. His body of work is impressive for a guy with the IQ of that dude from Sling Blade.
