They just aren't getting in football's way anymore. I guarantee you that the administration at Rummel cares about a well rounded student body.

The problem is perception. Rummel has a very negative image by everyone on the outside, especially in comparison with Jesuit, Brother Martin, and Holy Cross.

Unfortunately that isn't going to change until people start sticking up for their school, and pointing out all of the positives.

The enrollment has plummeted since 2005 but the football team has gotten better. Something doesn't add up. I do like how the new admin has put together the pre- engr and pre-biomed curriculum.

Pointing out positives of a school isn't going to stop the Charter schools from snatching up all these kids. Tuition prices are rising but the job market isn't getting better. I know people holding down several jobs for their kids to private schools but more and more are taking the free way out. Problem is these kids are getting Miller McCoy'd when they go to the charters. Some of these charters are baby sitting for high school students.
