i notice that this story has no mention of the secret classes for minorities that existed, at the least, when i was a student at LSU law.

they ain't colorblind.

No mention of secret classes or the BSBA because the author wanted one thing, and one thing only: to be published by Huffpo.

And, it ain't gonna happen with an article saying: despite LSU LAW's efforts, minorities are still underrepresented, but the school takes great care to ensure they are successful and welcomed at the school.

Seriously, what the hell was up with those? Apparently some professors would visit and give out their exam questions (and how to answer them) to the attendees.

I always found it disturbing that the school felt they needed to provide a remedial course at a professional school. Is this common at other law schools?

They weren't secret. All minorities and second timers got the same extra study sessions provided by the professors. Attrition still won out though.
