It is impossible to have an open discussion on the board thanks to people like you. Y'all LOVE to claim anyone that disagrees and is objective in a situation is leaning on their political ideologies when you don't even know what the frick their political ideologies are.
Regarding "honesty," at times it is admittedly hard to differentiate willful duplicity vs simplistic naivety.

When you say DeBlasio did not call for the assassination of police officers, of course you are technically right. But from a pragmatic standpoint, it's a ludicrous assertion. DeBlasio stood by while things escalated. He even empathized with organized "protesters" as their prefab messaging sharpened toward violence . . . "Kill the cops! Kill the cops! Kill the cops!" Holding Sharpton and DeBlasio unaccountable is ridiculous.

As I said earlier, it is as ridiculous as claiming a nitwit yelling "FIRE" in a crowded theater never actually said "I think people should trample people at the movies"?

DeBlasio and Sharpton kindled these flames instead of extinguishing them. Actions have consequences.

And? I didn't realize the organized protestors were calling for the murder of cops. Again, the ones calling for that were rogue individuals

Its the same as I asked earlier, if a rogue tea party member goes off and kills a politician, are you going to scream that Cruz and Paul are pieces of shite for saying they agree with the tea party message? I'll answer it for you, no you will not.

I hate Sharpton, but I believe he said multiple times that violence wasn't the way to get justice. So you are going to ignore him calling for peaceful protests?

And if you want to put the blame on Sharpton, Deblasio, Obama, etc... Are you blaming the likes of Lebron James, MC Hammer, John Legend, Derick Rose, Reggie Bush, etc??? Or do they not get the same blame, because they aren't politicians that you disagree with... Where does the blame stop? When are people held accountable for their own actions?

Do I think all the mentioned politicians are scum and race baiters who are playing to their bases, hell yeah... But to say this happened because of their particular comments is ridiculous.

That's the problem, NC.

This is a group that NEVER has any consequences for their immoral actions. In fact, they will be the first to tell you this is all YOUR fault....
