In general, trout and salmon that isn't fresh caught is pretty weak.
Most of this board lives in the south so they don't know any better.

I have caught and eaten trout out of clear mountain streams and they were good....and fresh..
But putting them ahead of sac au lait is like putting masturbation ahead of secks with the prom queen
