At least it's not beer. Hope no one was seriously injured

Obviously fire Les for losing control of interstate trucking.

I'd say 50% of the problem, if not more, is based on the morons that drive in cars and trucks in the Baton Rouge area.

Was the 18 wheeler at fault?

But was the 18 wheeler at fault?
ETA: Also, since you say there is an 18 wheeler "problem", do we have numbers on these accidents and how many are the fault of 18 wheelers?

Didn't see it was in Robert. The driving down the I-12 corridor is pretty bad though.
Will say if it is actually produce, it very well have been a driver of Hispanic descent.

Enforcement of traffic laws would be a good start. More police presence, to curb the reckless idiots out there. The semi is usually avoiding a passenger vehicle when the accident happens.
And no im not saying its that way 100% of of the time, but more than not for sure.
They need to put a blocking mechanism on internet service in all cars, its crazy how many people are on their phones while driving, and they aren't just texting.

Specific to the Baton Rouge area and I-12 corridor it is.

Seeing how bad everyone else around here drives, do we know if all these wrecks are the truckers fault?
Posted on 12/20/14 at 8:39 am to tankyank13
No kidding. I was on 12 W on the way home from work about two years ago and passed a woman doing 70 in her Ford Escape, while holding her iPad across the steering wheel reading something. I pulled up beside her and threw my beer at her, and told her to pay attention while driving.

I've asked that question twice and still have not got an answer. I'd also be interested to see the stats on 18 wheeler accidents and what percentage of those are the trucker's fault. I'm not sure, but I susprct most accidents are not the trucker's fault. I base this on the fact that most of the trucks I see are driving safely while a lot of the 4 wheelers I see drive like they have a death wish.
