eh, I'd say it's more baller to take that $70M and put it into a fund that will generate 8-12% annual ROI and finance the house at a rock bottom rate and cash flow the entire situation so you end up generating income on your cash instead of sinking it into a static asset.

I feel like I could design a way more awesome house than that on a $70 million dollar budget. Like way more awesome.

He has $1.4 billion other dollars to do that with. He won't miss that $70 million collecting interest.
