Other than that, you had conflicting witness testimony across the board and no compelling evidence contradicting Wilson's testimony.
We don't indict people just because StrongSafety thinks we should.

If Wilson wasn't a cop, he would have been indicted, but DA's acting as cops' de facto defense attorney during the grand jury process is nothing new. Eric Holder had an abysmal record when it came to prosecuting bad cops when he was a federal attorney in D.C.
