Could Sony's troubles be an opening for Marvel to get Spiderman back?

Sony's going to take it up the arse on The Interview, with some estimates around $200 million just on that movie alone. The fallout from the hacking is also hitting it's entertainment division's bottom line.
Might this be an opportunity for the Mouse to roll in, pay a nice lump sum to Sony for the rights, plus a "piece of the action" from the next 3 Spidey/Marvel movies?

If I'm Marvel/Disney, that's exactly what I'm trying to do.
Although Sony will not want to part with its biggest money maker.

I wonder if there are any clauses in the contract that would allow Marvel to sue Sony to void it, based on some of the leaks. Could be interesting.

All they have to do is hack Sony, threaten to release emails, and Spidey is their's.

This. Supposedly they're meeting again in January and a deal is inevitable.

I'd rather see Spider-Man interact with Daredevil and the smaller characters than the Avengers. Spider-Man is better against the Sandmen and Vultures than against Thanos and Kang.
Sony would be fools for giving up Spider-Man. But after this week anything is possible.
