Some things can be described using different words, for example, a "lie" can also be called an "untruth" or "not the truth".
Therefore, I can accept the use of the term, "illegitimate rape" as another way to call something that is "not a rape".

I get what you are saying but the term "illegitimate rape" was only coined after the nonsense started that it is always rape when a drunk female college student has sexual intercourse with a male college student.
