FedEx says my Amazon shipment was delivered at 3:24 today. I got home at 5:15. No package. How fricked am I? We called fedex and they said they would have to check the local office and would get back to us tomorrow. Anyone got any stories of an issue like this being resolved?

Emailed Amazon last night. They are re shipping the order to be here by Friday. They really are an awesome company with regards to customer service. It's 4:00pm now and still not a word from fedex after we filed a claim last night.

Maybe check with your neighbors tomorrow & see if they dropped it at the wrong house?

I got all excited last month when I saw a package with Amazon wrapping on it, then I remembered I hadn't ordered anything. It belonged to the people across the street.

Sometimes, the tracker maybe wrong. I had UPS and it delivered. Contacted amazon, they said to wait a couple days, sometimes it off. Then, it arrived. Amazon will reimburse you no doubt if it's lost.

Got the wife emailing Amazon. Glad to hear they will help us out. i wonder about folks riding through hoods and scooping up deliveries during the holidays.

UPS did that to me with an Amazon order. Turns out, the retard driver hit delivered for everything on my street and forgot to stop at my house. It arrived a day later.

FedEx

There is your problem.

I have ordered around 15 packages since last Monday. All but one shipped UPS. I have all of them except that one. It was sent smartpost. It went from Jackson, THROUGH THE TOWN IT WAS GOING TO VIA I-20, to Dallas, to THE frickING TOWN IT IS GOING TO, and back to Texas and now back to Bossier. Original ETA was last Thursday. Now it is this Saturday.

I've had a few problems with UPS before. Like one or two and it has arrived the next day.

USPS and/or FedEx never arrive on time or as quick as UPS.

FedEx sucks. They are lazy. Out of UPS, USPS, and FedEx....we have the most trouble with FedEx at work.

I noticed something jogging around the hood a couple days ago. They had two chicks running packages every time the truck stopped. Kinda wonder if they marked them delivered and then left ours on the truck.

If you think that's bad, try dealing with campus mail services.

FedEx and UPS sure post packages show "delivered" after they are delivered to the post office. Then the post office delivers them to you. Tracking visibility is lost once it hits the post office
