Well I'll be building a smaller house. If there is room for something like that I'll look into it :)

That damn Houzz app can be extremely dangerous if your wife gets a hold of it.
Well, this "wife" found it incredibly helpful. Especially when it was used to explain some detail or decorative element to those with a limited design vocabulary.

That was more of a crack but you are 100 percent right. The site is an absolute must for anyone building a house.

eBay can be a good place to find bargains. I found a $1k Kohler laundry sink for $110, delivered. But I wouldn't have known what to search for if I hadnt id'd it on Houzz.

One thing everyone is forgetting. Does the builder have workmans comp insurance. Tittle insurance on lot? Checked thru the BBB? Do your homework.

Walk through shower.
Any complaints on the shower being 'cold' due to the higher air flow compared with an enclosed shower? I really like the way that and walk ins look, but have heard that they can be chilly.

Do a search for door less showers. This option is semi enclosed, yet not as airy as a walk thru. Don't like walkthrus myself....too big. Would rather have a closet than an enormous locker room style shower.

I have a custom doorless... I'd think a walk though shower would be cold.
Mine is borderline now.

I've only taken a shower in a small one in a hotel and it was cold the entire time. would not recommend and personally won't be building one in our new house when we build it
