Does McMillan give us any edge on Lodge? Haven't heard much about him lately.

I doubt LSU has much of a chance with Lodge. He will end up at more of a pass-oriented team. I love Lodge's athletic ability...vertical leap, agility, good speed, and he returns punts also. I must say those drops in the 2nd half of the Cedar Hill vs Southlake Carroll game concerns me about him. Those were not hard catches either. And of course we all know on HUDL highlights, they wouldn't show the drops would they?

I would like to see more of his ability to throw short and mid range passes. slants, curls, crossing, screens etc. Right now, Jennings can make the same tape. zone read with a deep ball.

His throwing motion has a wind up like tebow had. better protect him or the backside d/e could strip the ball.

I do like his decision making, I like how he will look off a db. I like his ability to run. If the above can be confirme, the kid can be a really good college qb like blake sims or dak p.
