I just finished it.
They have a lot of central characters, and sometimes I have problems telling the women apart when they aren't wearing clothes.
P.S. It is a work of fiction, while there are some real historic things, it has some Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon type fighting.

Yea figure by episode 2 or 3 the characters will be easier to recognize. They did a good job of distinguishing the characters I thought, at least the main characters.
