Get some pics/footage of him there past kids' bedtime/leaving in the morning.

If you're not going to get lawyer now, keep records of EVERYTHING. If she texts you that you can get them today and then crawfishes, keep time stamped screen shots and print them.

Only thing you can do is file for visitation/custody orders. Those are binding and enforceable. You would just need your copy and call a sheriffs deputy to go over there and get your kids when it's your time. If she's not there/runs off with them, she's in contempt and can go to jail. Problem Solved.

I'm not sure of the forms you need but google it or go visit the courthouse and be humble with the employees and ask nicely for assistance on what to file.
