I dont think anyone reasonably expected Utah to join the pac12 and become successful immediately. Hes a good coach and a solid hire. UM may be finding out they arent the elite destination they fancy themselves.

. 500 winning percentage in the pac12 probably correlates to .800 winning percentage in the big10
