hydrogen peroxide is like $2 a bottle. mix it with some water and use it as a mouth wash.

I only do it about a week at a time. All teeth whitening products are bad for your teeth.

My wife uses hydrogen peroxide with really good results. She takes a q-tip and rubs around the teeth. Seriously a few dollars at the grocery and it will last a long time. It takes a few weeks to see results.

I asked my father who's a dentist if this was bad or if can be damaging and he said that if done a few times a week it wouldn't be damaging and the hydrogen peroxide will also kill microbes/bacteria that cause discoloration or other mouth problems. The drug store products will eat away the enamel.

I carry around a pack of those mini toothbrushes. They have whitening kinds. A quick brush after you eat drink and you're good.
