Anyone know when this place will open?

We will be opening up CBD for grand opening around the New Year. Before that will be a slight soft opening with the first days expected to come around the 15th of this month. Check back on our Facebook for more info and updates. We've got the best selection in the state coming on draft. Get excited. Corporate Brew & Draft

Given the massive number of taps, apparently in the ballpark of 100ish (correct me if I'm wrong), how are you going to ensure a fresh, quality product?
I have trouble imagining that demand for each of those taps will guarantee a perpetually fresh tap.

Thanks for asking, believe it or not, 90% of our taps are of the 1/6 barrel (or sixtel)variety. This averages between 60 and 65 beers per keg. We also plan to have aggressive, affordable pricing. We are also not afraid to throw away outdated beer like the rest of the state. If it's outdated or bad, it's gone. That's common sense in this business in 2014 with the craft beer industry on the rise (particularly in Louisiana). Thanks again for your interest.

That's a solid response, and I appreciate your candor. I look forward to checking the place out!

I believe it. Their beer guy knows his shite albeit a little cocky.
Too bad when you walk outside you're still in Baton Rouge though. Will definitely be checking them out when they open though.

Shouldn't take much to pull that off.

WF Laffy is running a pretty strong tap game. Just sayin.

We're pretty confident! I'll make sure to drop a few words by here as we approach soft opening with some previews. Hint: 10+ Barrel-Aged beers on tap.

Are y'all still going to be brewing your own beer? I seem to remember reading something about that.
Also, any chance y'all can get more lambic on tap? Obviously Cantillon would be great, but I'd be happy with seeing Tilquin pretty often.

Group effort!
As far as the sours and lambics go, we are constantly trying to get the best options we can in. We've got quite a few slated for opening, and the battle for Cantillon is never ending. We have been promised Cantillon soon. Tilquin, on the other hand, we do have in bottles at The Cove. We have Tilquin Squared, Quetsche, and Rullquin. These will not last long.
Brewing isn't an option until 30 days after opening, then we can begin submission for the permits and 60 days for review. Potentially May 2015.
January, the patio construction begins out back.
You stay classy Tiger Droppings.

Look at this moron. Clearly this is their first visit here. Stay classy? Yeah, right

Can't you not promote businesses on here? Plus the fact that he was the first to respond makes this seem way too planned. I'd expect the ban hammer for the cove
