Madden 15 Connected Franchise Stories

I used to start one of these every year with NCAA and they were a huge success. With all you can do in CFM in Madden I'm sure there will be even more to talk about.
I'll start off...
I first started as the Saints and played through 1 entire season and won the Super Bowl. Got tired of it and wanted a challenge so I recently switched to the Raiders.
Right now I'm sitting at 2-2 record. I'm having a ton of players getting hurt (which I didn't have in my season as the Saints). Lost Maurice Jones-Drew, Woodson to big injuries in week 1. I started David Carr, and he also got hurt in my week 1 game and was supposed to be out for the season. I made a trade and got Z. Mettenberger and have been having pretty good success with him. He won his first 2 starts against the Titans (I think) and then the Pats. Lost the last game I played in London against the Dolphins. McFadden has done a good job of stepping in for MJD.
My plan is to move the team to Los Angeles and not resign any players but my young guys and attempt to rebuild through the draft. If I continue on this streak I should be around an 8-8 team, but I'm hoping to win around 10 somehow and squeeze into the playoffs.
Haven't had the opportunity to move my team out of Oakland yet though. When does this option usually become available?
I've been reading up on scouting and on how to best manage your funds. Seems like it's going to be a challenge, but I'm up for it.

Only during the preseason. Go to stadium and then relocate.

Yeah, I figured that out. I went ahead and simmed from week 7 to the end of my season, in order to speed up the relocating process. I was 3-3 with my Raiders at the time and I ended up 3-13 .
I didn't sign by any guys over 30, and started my youth movement. I was able to sign quite a few guys and probably slightly improve my team from last year. Had a pretty good draft as well (I had the 3rd pick). I will be playing out season 2 and taking the time to work on developing Mett as well as some of my younger players. Set up for the move in the preseason, so just have to wait this one out.
