Need to add Colorado State in the west and Cincinnati in the east for West Virginia to have a rivalry with.

Cinci is never going to be our rival even if they are in the Big 12. Our rivals are Pitt, VT, and Maryland.

Im really starting to like the East/West alignment with Colorado St and Cincinnati. This scenario also lets you set up for future expansion of Memphis and BYU should they feel the need to expand again.
