Match-ups (was the original match-ups, but since changed):
(15-5) San Antonio Spurs vs. (4-18) New York Knicks
followed by ...
(9-11) Miami Heat vs. (9-12) Denver Nuggets
Meanwhile, (16-4) Rockets vs. (17-2) Golden State Warriors is on the back burners of local carriers alone.
Brav-fricking-o ESPN. Pure gold here.
ETA: Knicks-Spurs replaced by Pels-Mavs (meh)

You do realize that these games are scheduled well before the season starts, right?

The best part is that the Rockets play the Warriors on Wednesday.

I will give them a pass because they flexed out a Knicks game for Golden State @ Memphis in about a week

Yes, but they are also changed easily as well. Rockets vs. Lakers got pulled last year, and as you can see from today the Knicks-Spurs got pulled.

Rightfully so. The knicks are awful. Im sure it aches them so to remove the knicks and lakers from match ups where they'll clearly get obliterated.

Get nbatv
I have NBAtv. Its just the lunacy of the fact that 3/4 teams ESPN had scheduled have losing records. The Knicks-Spurs was clearly all knicks based. The spurs have been far better than the knicks for years. The knicks are so bad, that they aren't even being exposed on tv. Thats how bad this is. The melo deal looks hilariously stupid now, and Im also happy to report the Bosh deal is looking worse and worse everyday for Miami.

Actually it is apparently a major pain the arse for them to flex games, but the new TV deal will make it a much easier process.

What new tv deal exactly? I genuinely think the Rockets vs. Golden State has to be possibly the best game on tv up to when that game is played. Yes, Memphis vs. Golden State will also be a good one because both should have their full rosters unlike Houston likely on Weds. I hope the new deal helps the best games between the BEST TEAMS get on tv, and not just the political stories and drama bullshite off the court. Knicks, lakers, nets, and heat go can go frick themselves until they get a better team. Might be awhile though in all honesty. Pretty much all of them still have some time to get rid of a anchor contract to their progress (LA-Kobe, Brooklyn-where to start? Garnett retires, good for them, Knicks-Melo project is over, Heat-Bosh, Wade, Deng etc. LOL, what a thrown against the wall team)

I want good teams playing. IDGAF about individual shite, I can watch highlights to mute out all the other shite players/plays in between the glorious plays. If thats what I cared about then I guess id have little issue with the Knicks or Heat playing on prime time despite their shitty teams because of Melo, Wade, Bosh.

I mean, its definitely a game that Im okay with being on TV. A million miles better than what dog shite they had before although I would have enjoyed seeing the knicks get beat by 30 when the spurs rest Duncan, Parker, and Ginobili with Danny Green scoring 30 lol.
