Seriously the only guy that didn't allow Cooper to make a single catch. O well its motivation

#1 defense in the SEC
0 1st team All-SEC selections
I really don't care who the SEC publishes as their "1st team". Doesn't make a single bit of difference on how well we played. Yes, it's recognition, but the players have recognized they are a dominant force.

His reputation took a hit when the State receivers pushed him all over and the refs let them.

That list is a joke. No way there are 5 better dbs nor 5 dbs who had a better season.

Cut-rate sports site.. Who gives a shite
Posted on 12/8/14 at 2:26 pm to NamariTiger
Yes he did.
He will be there on the coaches team though.
EXTREMELY happy for Ronald Martin to get 2nd team. He got a lot of hate last year by LSU people and nobody realized how hard a year he had last year. His father passed away early on in the season after battling cancer for year. So he had that happen in the first 3 weeks of the season. Then he breaks a bone in his foot, tries to keep playing, and hurts it even worse. Thats a lot for anyone to handle. Horrible year for them last year outside of football with the passing of his father. And he comes back this year and was extremely improved and was 1 of our better players. Congrats to him

I like it.
Players don't get the recognition, so they (Collins, Mills, Kwon, Hunter, etc..) all come back for 2015.

Beckwith, Rasco, Hunter, Adams, Mills. Collins and White didn't even get honorable mention
Meanwhile A'Shawn Robinson from BAma gets on there for:
47 tackles, 6.5 TFL, 0 sacks, 2 PD, 1 FF, 4 QB hurries
Compare that to Rasco:
63 tackles, 6.5 TFL, 4 sacks, 1 PD, 1 FF, 8 QB Hurries
Or Hunter:
64 tackles, 12.0 TFL, 1.5 sacks, 6 PD, 1 FF, 2 QB hurries

A.K.A. didn't get picked on like some of those other guys

This is not the best measuring stick. Maybe opponents were more afraid to throw to the receivers he was covering.

And Damian Swann and Cyrus Jones over Tre White or Jalen Collins for that matter is an absolute joke.
