LSU can't host recruits at an off campus game, but that doesn't mean that LSU can't hook up recruits with tickets at face value so they can attend the game among the LSU patrons. Recruits could get the opportunity to sit amongst LSU fans and/or players' families. I can't see that being detrimental to LSU's cause. The value of doing this in Houston instead of Nashville is pretty extreme given the known targets of LSU's recruiting.
