Do the Cowboys just ignore Dez and his rants?

I would, giving him attention is what he wants

it seems like it would get old. Seems forced so he can appear "passionate" on tv when he acts like a fussy baby.

I'd embrace it, dude wants to win more than just about anyone else in the game.

He's a fricking dog

I'm no Cowboys fan, but living in Dallas I hear a lot about them on the radio. From what I understand, his rants are actually positive most of the time and team mates say they like it.

personally I like him as a player, he gets by on athleticism alone
