I strongly suggest you watch the Paul/Matthews interview last night.

Paul blamed the politicians first and foremost.

Is he Mayor of New York? Is he President? Is he Speaker of the House?

He has some stroke, granted, (and seems to be gaining more each time he's in front of a camera) but he's still considered too much on the fringe (ie: more in-line with the mindset of people outside the jet-set and/or beltway than those within) to be taken seriously by enough news media for his words to get good traction. Hell, MSNBC is only having him on because he's a novelty (someone willing to work across the aisles) and not in an election against a Dem right now.

I'm tired of it. It stops today.

I'm minding my business officer. I'm minding my business.

Please, I told you the last time to leave me alone.
Please leave me alone. Please.

Please don't touch me. Do not touch me.

Many here have already convicted Garner of selling loose cigarettes because the Cops accused him or said so . Its frightening that people believe the Cops words/reports are near gospel.

So did the Cops find 1 Cigarette on Garner's dead body(courtesy of NYPD) let alone evidence that he was selling loose cigarettes? It seems Cops were were harassing a man acting as a good Samaritan & it seems it isn't the 1st time he was harassed for doing nothing(based upon some past incidents selling cigarettes).

The cameraman & everyone in the vicinity claims the Cops were called because of a fight in which Garner actually broke up.

Have the police produced 1 cigarette that Garner was selling or the proceeds(money) from said sells?

Yes this is the case that should have elicited rioting if one did. This is a clear excessive force case from viewing the video and I don't understand not indicting the policeman.

Jerry, here's a question. If EG had pulled a gun or knife and just one of the arresting officers had been killed, would you be this upset about it?

285,000 Miss M arrests in New York last year alone....... one death.

While I believe the cops used bad judgment, the fact of the matter is all EG had to do was put his hands behind his head and face the wall. They would have issued him a ticket and the kid would have lived to see another day.

Give it a fricking break.

Please........
