We finished behind:
Bama: they are shooting for 4/6 national titles
State: best season ever
Auburn: returned almost everyone post national championship run
Ole Miss: best team in past 50 years

LSU played 17 true freshmen after losing a record breaking 2013 offensive performance and they were still in the hunt for an sec title.

I like how some strained juxtaposition of individual stats translates for some into a "record breaking offensive performance". It proves nothing to have two thousand yard receivers if other teams have three 900 yard receivers, for example.

why aren't we shooting for 4/6 national titles?

Why aren't we having our best season ever?

Why aren't we coming off of a national championship run?

Why are we being forced to play true freshmen?

Look, I know this year was an especially difficult SEC West. But some of you people act like this is all just a game of chance, when it's not. Bama, State, Auburn, Ole Miss, and LSU all have coaches and each coach has a responsibility to his team.

Maybe if we had injuries or something, I could see making excuses. But we are in the position we are in not due to chance but due to actions our coaches have made, the consequences of which are now being #5 in the division.
