I'm sort of thinking if you are nerdy enough to follow AMC/Walking Dead, you get what you deserve.
This. They have been posting spoilers immediately after the episode all season. Why should the MSF be any different?
ETA: When I miss an episode, I just avoid social media until I watch it. Not difficult. My friends love posting spoilers.

I was more confused by the placement of the stabbing than the actual act. Beth stabbed her in the shoulder. Seriously? You essentially commit suicide and dont even ensure that the person you intend to kill, dies? The heart was a few inches lower and she couldnt make that happen.
Did Dawn have any type of armored vest on? (I thought she did but perhaps not. If so, that might have explained the placement. If not, why the hell not? Everybody was pretty armed up with what they had for the exchange.
Perhaps the best explanation is that, when all was said and done, Beth was just too innocent/naive to go all effective cold blooded killer.

AMC has issued an apology for posting a massive spoiler on its Facebook and Twitter pages before Sunday's midseason finale had aired on the West Coast.
For those unaware, AMC revealed a huge plot point the moment the east coast airing had ended, spoiling the episode's final moments for West Coast watchers.
The apology, posted on AMC's Facebook page, reads: "We heard your feedback to last night’s post, and we’re sorry. With zero negative intent, we jumped the gun and put up a spoiler. Please know we’re going to work to ensure that, in the future, possible spoilers by official AMC social feeds are killed before they can infect, certainly before the West Coast (U.S.) broadcast of The Walking Dead. As always, thank you for watching, and keep the comments coming. We appreciate all of your support. #RIPSpoiler."
After a deluge of negative (and angry) responses, AMC did eventually delete both the Twitter and Facebook posting.

Just watched the episode last night and enjoyed it. The hallway meeting was a little sloppy but the scene still packed a punch. The wife teared up when Daryl turned on the waterworks.
Starting to like the Noah character more and looking forward to more Morgan.

Decent episode. I loved the first scene w/ Rick chasing down Officer Bob and then killing him. Rick is in taking no sh*t mode.
The middle drug a little bit. Gabriel is annoying.
The hostage exchange in the hospital corridor was tense and well done. Beth's decision at the end was just stupid and I thought that was a weak way for the character to go out, but I liked the aftermath w/ Daryl killing Dawn and it looking like there might be a bloodbath before calmer heads prevailed.
Maggie being so upset kind of felt hollow since she had not really shown any concern for Beth this entire half season.

I was glad to see Rick cap the cop...I wasn't sure he was going to, but then badass Rick emerged and took over. Though, to be honest, I thought he was gonna let the walkers walk up and get him.
Ole Cutty/Tyreese is making this group too pussified.
Badass Rick is badass. Love it.
I never imagined Tyreese would suck so bad.
So pretty much that entire story line was garbage.

quote:Yeah, from my view, having people like her around was kind of a hope for the future, that there was still some of that innocence left in the world.

Then the fricking writers had her brains shot out.

She kicked a guy down an elevator shaft just a few minutes earlier. I had a problem with that as well. We watch Beth undergo a transformation into a total badass, then she doesn't stab her in the throat? WTF? The Beth arc was, imo, some of the best Walking Dead since season 1. To watch her metamorphosis then have her snatched away - such a range of emotions at play as a viewer!

Just watched the episode last night... DAMMITDAMMITDAMMITfrickINGDAMMIT!!!
I loved Rick's bad-assedness with the other cop although I was wondering why he didn't just drive around the guy then block him off. Whatever.
If stupid count cop Dawn hadn't wanted Noah, Beth wouldn't have stabbed her. Beth's final words are "I get it now". Earlier Dawn had tried to convince Beth that Beth was being an inspiration to her and that together they could change things. When Dawn demanded Noah back, Beth realized Dawn was full of shite and was really just saying anything she could to stay in power.
