I sure am glad that the football team didn't give up like the posters on this board did. You should all find another team to whine about. This team has won 8 games after loosing lots of talent to the NFL.

I was very pleased with our performance overall.

We would have kicked ourselves had we blew that considering the overall domination (control that didn't totally translate to the scoreboard), but nonetheless we hung on, and I liked what I saw out of LSU.

They played a shitty defense and AJ still sucks. You pumpers are gonna learn.

Dominate:
verb (used with object), dominated, dominating.
1. to rule over; govern; control.

2. to tower above; overlook; overshadow:
"A tall pine dominated the landscape."

I am not a pumper, but let's face it, the Arkansas game is really what made this season shitty. Win that game and this 9-3 season (with this type of offense) is good and what most expected.

My only complaint about last night ( and it's happened all season) is that we didn't punch it in to the end zone more. We were dominant and the story line today shouldn't have been a BS no call. The story should have been that we took A&M's man hood by running for 400 yards.

LSU looked dominant. They were dominating at times. They can dominate. When they lose it's painful. Losing talent to the NFL is hard on us all. When they play loose they seldom lose.

In the English language, the word "dominate" indicates something that has a commanding influence on or exercises control over someone/something. It is something you "do" unto others. You dominate them.

I think you are wanting to say "dominant" in your heading, because that indicates that last night at times, LSU was most important, powerful, or influential force on the field. Example: in its place, the Rock of Gibraltar is a dominant feature of the geological landscape. It is something you are - like, "LSU was the dominant statistical team last night."

Not picking on you. I just notice a lot of us tend to mix those two words up in posting.
