Well if you're going to eat fast food, at least Chik fil A would be considered the top tier.

Sho nuff. I make it a treat when they are with me, not the norm. But admittedly they are with me only 40% of time so they get treated more often with me. Their mama's cook often and smartly however.

There are many websites to suggest healthier options at any given fast food place. one was on FB a while back. At TB by the gym up here at work, we will hit that place after a quick workout and get a chicken cantina bowl no rice nor cream. Toss some hot sauce in it and it's not bad. My fat arse orders a mini quesadilla with it and total cal is about 600 and not to bad for fast food.
Just have to be creative and not mind the preservatives in that shite.
